Ratan Holdings Inc. currently owns and manages over 100,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space in the greater St. John's area, providing quality commercial management service to satisfied commercial tenants.

We have recently completed the construction of two state-of-the-art franchise retail buildings, all delivered within our commitment on budget and schedule.

Residential Subdivisions in Paradise & CBS
A 12-lots executive homes subdivision overlooking Topsail Beach as well as a 40-lots family homes subdivision in Paradise have been approved in principal.
